Our House Collection of semi-custom on the day stationery and signage is designed for couples seeking timeless elegance without compromising on quality. Each piece is thoughtfully composed with considered layouts, refined typography and beautiful finishing touches, with the opportunity to personalise the details so they seamlessly complement your wedding style.
Created to bring cohesion to your celebration, every menu, place name and table plan is designed to sit effortlessly alongside your invitations ensuring a harmonious flow from the first envelope to the final tablescape.
Semi-Custom Luxury Wedding On the Day Stationery & Signage
Each design can be personalised with your chosen wording, colour palette and print finishes, including hot foil, allowing you to tailor the details to your complement your wedding perfectly. For added individuality, semi-bespoke elements such as illustrations or monograms can be incorporated to create wedding stationery and signage that feels distinctly yours.
Alongside menus and place names, the collection also offers coordinating signage, including luxe mounted card and elegant fabric signage, a beautifully elevated alternative that introduces softness, movement and texture into your space.

Our semi-custom design experience is carefully guided and beautifully considered, ensuring your stationery feels aligned with your vision and the atmosphere you wish to create.
THE PROCESS
As a guide, the House Collection on the day process begins around 12 weeks before your wedding date. We recommend reaching out at least 6 months prior to your celebration to ensure availability, particularly during peak season.
Final design sign-off takes place approximately 5 weeks before your wedding, allowing every detail to be carefully considered before your stationery and signage are completed and ready for delivery 2 weeks ahead of your celebration.
During peak season, our minimum spend for on the day stationery is £500, and £350 during low season.
(Fan menu orders are excluded and may be ordered separately.)
Lucca Studios is based in Oxfordshire, UK, with collection available from our studio. We also offer secure delivery across the UK and worldwide.

Our journey begins with a consultation , a chance to step into your wedding vision, style and story. We’ll guide you through the House Collection, helping you choose the suite design that best complements your aesthetic and the way you want your day to feel.

Following our conversation, I’ll provide a tailored quote for your chosen suite. Once approved, we’ll confirm your design preferences and begin the creative process.

I’ll create a full-colour digital proof of your stationery and signage, carefully incorporating your wording, colour palette and chosen details. Three design rounds are included, allowing for two rounds of amendments & refinement to ensure every detail is perfect.

With your final approval, we begin to bring your stationery to life. Around 5 weeks before your wedding, we request your confirmed guest list and table plan details, allowing us to finalise personalisation across menus, place names and signage. At this stage, we complete final sign-off together, ensuring every detail is correct before production begins.

With your stationery beautifully finished, we prepare every element with care. Completed 2 weeks prior to your wedding, all on the day stationery and signage is fully assembled and packed wedding-ready — organised, protected and ready to be seamlessly set in place.
