Crafted using luxurious materials, from hand-finished linen to premium card stock, we use artisan printing techniques, like hot foiling, to create stationery and signage that is effortless and elegant.
Whether we’ve worked together before for your invitations or you’re reaching out to me for the first time, your on-the-day stationery will be designed with the same care and love in every detail, ensuring your designs are a true reflection of your style.
THE BESPOKE ON THE DAY PROCESS
As a guide, the overall process for on-the-day stationery is typically 10-12 weeks, depending on the scale and detail of your requirements. Each couple’s experience is entirely bespoke. During our consultation, I’ll guide you through every element of your on-the-day design, ensuring each piece feels considered, cohesive, and beautifully aligned with your wedding vision. Our journey begins with a consultation, an opportunity to immerse ourselves in your wedding vision, style, and story.
From there, we create a bespoke design that is entirely your own, thoughtfully tailored to reflect your aesthetic and the essence of your celebration. This stage is wonderfully collaborative, your ideas and inspirations guide every design decision.

Following our conversation, I’ll craft a custom quote for you. For bespoke designs, I’ll present a moodboard to capture the essence of your vision. This is your opportunity to share thoughts, refine ideas, and ensure the design truly reflects your love story. If you feel I’m the perfect fit for your wedding, we can begin the creative journey together.

Once your proposal is approved, the creative process begins. This starts with a tailored design lookbook featuring a design sketch.
From there, I’ll create a full-colour digital proof of your invitations and stationery, carefully incorporating your wording and details. Three design rounds are included, allowing for two rounds of refinement and feedback, we refine each element to ensure everything is flawless.

With your final approval, we bring your stationery to life, layer by layer, detail by detail. Each stage is carefully considered, building up textures, finishes, and embellishments to create something truly magical.
At Lucca Studios, we take immense pride in both printing in-house, and working with extremely detail-oriented local printers, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed. All other aspects of production are handled in house from hot foil printing to hand calligraphy; every detail is meticulously executed to ensure your stationery feels as exquisite as your celebration.

With your stationery beautifully finished, we’ll prepare everything for delivery. Just like your guests will unveil layer upon layer of thoughtful details, we ensure your suite arrives ready to be cherished. Collection is also available from our studio in Henley on Thames.
The Investment
Each wedding is entirely unique, and your investment in bespoke on-the-day stationery reflects the vision you’re bringing to life, from the overall concept to the finest detail.
Our bespoke design fee for on the day stationery begins from £395, with each proposal tailored to the scale, detail, and creative direction of your day. During our consultation, we’ll explore your ideas, style, and priorities, curating a cohesive collection of stationery and signage, from menus and place names to table plans and statement pieces.
The final investment is shaped by the elements you require, quantities, and finishes, with optional bespoke details such as custom illustrations or hand-drawn elements quoted individually, ensuring a seamless, beautifully considered result that feels entirely yours.

As a guide, couples that work with me spend an average of £2500 for their bespoke wedding stationery, including save the dates, invitations, and on-the-day stationery. The cost of your stationery is influenced by the individual elements you need, the quantity and the finishes you select.
