As a guide, the overall process for bespoke wedding invitation suites are 8-12 weeks, with a shorter lead time for save the dates. Each couple’s experience is entirely personalised. During our consultation, I’ll guide you through your bespoke design journey, ensuring every element feels considered and meaningful.

Following our conversation, I’ll craft a custom quote for you. For bespoke designs, I’ll present a moodboard to capture the essence of your vision. This is your opportunity to share thoughts, refine ideas, and ensure the design truly reflects your love story. If you feel I’m the perfect fit for your wedding, we can begin the creative journey together.

Once your proposal is approved, the creative process begins. This starts with a tailored design lookbook featuring a design sketch.
From there, I’ll create a full-colour digital proof of your invitations and stationery, carefully incorporating your wording and details. Three design rounds are included, allowing for two rounds of refinement and feedback, we refine each element to ensure everything is flawless.

With your final approval, we bring your stationery to life, layer by layer, detail by detail. Each stage is carefully considered, building up textures, finishes, and embellishments to create something truly magical.
At Lucca Studios, we take immense pride in both printing in-house, and working with extremely detail-oriented local printers, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed. All other aspects of production are handled in house from hot foil printing to hand calligraphy; every detail is meticulously executed to ensure your stationery feels as exquisite as your celebration. With your stationery beautifully finished, we’ll prepare everything for delivery. Just like your guests will unveil layer upon layer of thoughtful details, we ensure your suite arrives ready to be cherished.
The Investment
Each wedding is unique and therefore so is the investment you make into your wedding stationery. Your budget should reflect your personal vision and priorities.
During our consultation, we’ll explore your ideas, style, and must-have elements to curate stationery that captures the essence of your wedding.
Our bespoke wedding stationery design fee starts at £500 for save the dates and wedding invitations (or at £375 for invitations only). This includes a full invitation suite with details card and RSVP. Additional bespoke elements, such as venue illustrations or hand-drawn details, are quoted on an individual basis. Bespoke design fees for on-the-day stationery and signage are quoted separately.

As a guide, couples that work with me spend an average of £2500 for their bespoke wedding stationery, including save the dates, invitations, and on-the-day stationery. The cost of your stationery is influenced by the individual elements you need, the quantity and the finishes you select.
