Some weddings stay with you long after the final send off for the Bride and Groom, not only for how beautiful they were, but for how they felt. Honour Wainwright and Charlie Coleman’s wedding was one of those rare celebrations, an effortless mix of deep personal meaning, joy and refined elegance. With its detailed and considered approach, it’s little surprise that the celebration was featured by both Vogue Weddings and The Wedding Edition, offering a glimpse in to a truly unforgettable English countryside wedding.

Set at Honour’s family home, the wedding unfolded as a refined yet relaxed affair, beginning with a traditional church ceremony before guests returned to the house for a marquee reception surrounded by rolling countryside. A wedding rooted in family history and a shared love of bringing people together.

The day was expertly planned by Katie Tottenham Events, whose thoughtful approach ensured everything flowed seamlessly. From the perfect planning of the celebrations to the atmosphere within the marquee, each moment felt intentional yet beautifully unforced, allowing Honour and Charlie, and their guests, to be fully present and immersed in the day.

Florals were a huge focus in shaping the overall aesthetic, created by Millie Richardson Flowers. Natural, romantic floral arrangements spilled across tables and throughout the marquee, echoing the natural surroundings while elevating the space with a sense of abundance and quiet luxury, perfectly complementing the wedding stationery and on-the-day details.

One of the most joyful elements of the wedding stationery and a detail celebrated in both Vogue Weddings and The Wedding Edition, was the sound of the celebration itself. Rather than traditional favours or place cards, each of the 240 guests received bespoke hand-inked tambourines, finished with sage calligraphy and flowing sage ribbons. Designed to be both beautiful and interactive, they came to life as the evening unfolded, filling the marquee with rhythm, movement and laughter as guests took to the dance floor, tambourines in hand. As Honour shared, “As a fun personal touch, instead of traditional place cards, we had personalised tambourines with each guest’s name on them. At one point in the night, everyone was up on their chairs, tambourines in hand, dancing away – it was one of my favourite memories of the whole weekend.”

Seeing Honour and Charlie’s wedding stationery and celebration featured by Vogue Weddings and The Wedding Edition was incredibly special a reminder that when thoughtful design is woven seamlessly into a wedding day, it becomes part of the story.

Honour and Charlie’s wedding was a celebration of joy, considered planning and beautifully crafted details, a day that felt as magical in the moment as it now reads on the pages of Vogue Weddings and The Wedding Edition.
