The Data We Collect
The data collected from you is used for the sole purpose of delivering our services and completing your order. The information provided to Lucca Studios comes from the contact form via the website or from email or telephone communications. I will collect your name, email address, contact number, your wedding or event date and venue. Your address is collected for invoices and delivery purposes only.
Other information I collect is very much dependent on your order and which services you need. These may include collecting the following details about your wedding or event; the date, the time; location and other necessary details you wish to include in your stationery. If you are accessing our on the day stationery services, I will might ask for you guest names; if requested I will ask for your guest’s names in full and guest addresses for envelopes.
I will only ever ask for information that is necessary to fulfil your stationery & signage order.
My website also collects cookies. Cookies are small files that are placed on to your browser on to your computer when you visit a website. They are designed to enable to website to remember information, which enables an enhanced experience when using the website.
How Your Data Is Collected
When making an enquiry via the contact form on the website, the information is sent directly to Lucca Studios via email. This process uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. You can also directly email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an enquiry. The enquiry form is stored in a folder used solely for the purpose of enquiries.
When buying any items from my store, payments are made securely via Stripe or PayPal. I will receive your order details, your email address, delivery address and any other information you have provided me with. This information will only be used to fulfil your order.
If you have got in touch via social media, I may have some of your information on there if you have voluntarily given it. I will always ask you to email me before discussing further details to ensure that your data is managed correctly.
Sharing Your Data
We do share your data with some third parties, but we will never disclose any of your data to any third parties that aren’t essential to the business or processing and order.
We share your data with Google Analytics, Squarespace and Trello. I use Trello to manage my bespoke orders. Your data is shared with these third parties to make your experience better and smoother.
All data is stored on a password protected computer. We store your data for up to 6 months; either after your wedding date or after the date you decide not to go forward with your booking. Invoices will be kept for a maximum of 7 years for tax purposes.
All designs that include personal data, such as invites with names and venues, are stored on a password protected computer. I will never show a full address on images shared on social media or at any wedding fairs or events. If you would prefer that images of your orders are not shared on social media, please let me know and I will remove your designs accordingly.
